Hello. I'm Tabitha Reno new owner of Metro Cloth Diapering. I want to take a moment for you to have a chance to learn more about me,  my family, and my other businesses. I will start with a little history of how I started out in the business world.

In 2009 I started at a local Farmers market. I sold yeast breads, cinnamon rolls, and fruit pies, completely home made. In 2011 I launched an Etsy store as our first online business platform. The business was named Konstant Krafters, and began as a cloth diaper sewing business. After a while, I started selling diaper cuts of fabric. The fabric part of the business took off. So I decided that it would be a better use of time and a smart business choice to focus on selling PUL fabric (the material the wetbags and covers are made out of).

After awhile of selling on Etsy, I decided to try working through a Facebook Group and began offering custom PUL printings. In 2012 I met Beate Wynn (former owner of  Metro Cloth) at a cloth diaper event. Over the next 4 years I have sewn covers, wetbags, and wipes for Metro Cloth Diapering. This has provided for my family and allows me to be at home with my children. The sewing and fabric business has allowed me to monitor my type 1 insulin dependent Diabetes and take care of my health in a way that traditional jobs would not allow. Last summer my husband (Jeremy) health declined and it was time to make a career change (he worked for 18 years as an Auto Technician). Jeremy is now manager of both businesses and does in house graphics for the fabric as well. He is the designated driver for the MCD delivery’s and pickups!

Jeremy and I look forward to running a customer service centered laundry service. With 5 years in the fabric business under our belt,  years at the Farmers market, and Jeremy’s 18 years in the service industry we know what a business entails and look forward to serving each and every client with personalized attention.

Both business will compliment each other as we will be able to make custom items for rental and add fun prints! Our website for Konstant Krafters is KonstantKraftersFabric.com.

We love what we do (cloth diapers),and look forward to serving the Kansas City Metro area with top notch service!
